CANCELLATION POLICY

We ask that if you need to cancel, to do so 24 or more hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, your deposit will be lost, and you'll be charged 50% of your total service. You will be allowed 1 strike. This means to may cancel once within the window due to illness, accidents, etc. If it happens a second time, you'll be charged the cancelation fee.
